What Nortefy is

Nortefy is a personal dashboard for tracking habits, sleep, mood, milestones, and plans. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

Nortefy helps you observe your own patterns. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical or mental-health advice, and is no substitute for professional care. Scores, bands, and insights are informational only. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.
  • One account per person; you must provide a valid email address.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile — this permanently removes all your data.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no attempts to access other users’ data, probe or overload the infrastructure, automate bulk requests, or use Nortefy for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Your content

Everything you enter into Nortefy remains yours. We claim no ownership over it and only process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service “as is”

Nortefy is currently in beta: it is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, and features may change as the product matures. We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that data will never be lost — export regularly if your records matter to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (currently: nothing — Nortefy is free).

Termination

You can stop using Nortefy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we’ll update the effective date above and note the change in the app. Continuing to use Nortefy after a change means you accept the new terms.
