Built slowly — the kind of system we wanted for ourselves.
01 · The name

Find your Norte.
Align your life.

Nortefy comes from norte — Spanish and Portuguese for "north." The suffix -fy turns it into a verb: to find and hold your direction. A compass doesn't push you; it just always knows where home is.

First written down in 2026, in Texas. v1.0 Beta shipped — all ten modules, a full user guide, one-click export and printable sheets. Karma followed on .

It's free — in every version, always. No card, no feature gates, no trial countdown. And because Nortefy is a web app, the same address and account open on a phone with everything intact.

02 · What we are

A well-tailored notebook, not a blank canvas.

You could build all of this yourself — in a spreadsheet, in Notion. Many of us have. That is the trap: infinitely flexible tools make you the designer and maintainer of your own system, and building it quietly becomes the project.

Nortefy makes the opposite bet. It arrives with its structure already chosen: the pages ruled, the sections named, the decisions made. Ten modules share one loop — purpose, action, awareness, adjustment — and nothing lives in isolation.

Not one-size-fits-all — tailored. Every module switches off and every label is yours, but the cut of the notebook is ours: you spend your energy living in it, not architecting it.

03 · Why we exist

The problem was never laziness.
It's noise.

An estimated 366 million adults worldwide live with ADHD. For them — for us — the hard part of life is rarely knowing what to do. It's holding on to it. Not an empty calendar — a flooded one. Not "I forgot" — "I lost the thread."

The thread is held by the prefrontal cortex — planning, working memory, follow-through. In ADHD it isn't broken; it's overloaded. What closes the gap isn't motivation — it's externalizing: write down what that region can't hold, and let a structure hold it for you.

The problem was never you being lazy. The tools were built for a different brain.

Nortefy is built first for adults with ADHD, autism, and AuDHD. The functional category, plainly named, is executive function support: a notebook that carries the executive load so your head doesn't have to.

04 · Who it's for

Built first for the brains
the tools keep failing.

  • Neurodivergent adults

ADHD, autistic and AuDHD adults. If you have built the perfect system before and watched it stop being opened once maintaining it became the project, this was built for you.

  • Scattered high-agency operators

Solo founders, indie professionals, designers, PMs — anyone carrying too many tools and too few connections between them. You don't need a diagnosis to use it.

And who it isn't for: teams looking for collaborative project management, throughput optimizers who want more knobs, and anyone looking for gamification or streak guilt as motivation.

05 · Where this is going

Optimization in service
of direction.

Our mission is to carry the executive load a noisy mind can't — one calm base that keeps purpose visible and makes the way back short and free of judgment, so days compound into something real.

Our vision is a world where optimization serves direction. Where more people plan in years instead of sprints, and build something worth committing to without burning out.

06 · How we decide

Designed for re-entry.

Most software is designed for engagement. Nortefy is designed for the moment you come back after being away. Four rules keep us honest:

  1. A gap is just a gap

Two silent weeks earn you a calm page, not a guilt trip. Daily logging makes your reports better, but silence never breaks anything.

  2. Today first, always

No rollover, no backlog monument. The past is for reflection, not for debt collection.

  3. Calm is a feature

One light theme. One accent color, used sparingly. We celebrate completion quietly — no confetti economy, no urgency banners, nothing blinking for your attention.

  4. Every feature passes one test

Does this help someone come back and regain clarity? If it only adds tracking surface, it doesn't ship — no matter how good the demo looks.

07 · What we commit to

Plainly stated.

  • No ads, ever

No banners, no sponsored “insights,” no paid placement.

  • No abandoned features

If we can't maintain a module, we refactor it or remove it — openly.

  • No data sold

Not to partners. Not aggregated. Not “anonymized.”

  • No dark patterns

One-click cancel. No engagement-grief emails. No artificial urgency.

  • Yours, and leavable

Your data is walled off to you alone. Export everything in one click; delete your account and it's actually gone.

Come back.
Get your clarity back.

The pages are ruled. The structure is ready. The door will never greet you with a zero. Start free — two minutes to your first calm page.
